Daywise Itinerary Day 1: Arrival at Dehradun Welcome to Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. Spend the day to relax or explore Dehradun on your own, after the smooth check-in process and sleep homely for an exciting yet sacred journey next day.

Day 2: Dehradun –Harsil Helipad – Gangotri Dham –Kharshali-Yamunotri Dham. Your spiritual sojourn begins as soon as you arrive at the helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. At around 6:00 AM, the helicopter will depart and will reach the Harsil helipad for Gangotri at 6:30 AM. You will be escorted to the temple. (Gangotri is a Hindu pilgrim town which is located on the banks of River Bhagirathi, where Ganga originates. The temple sits at an altitude of 3100m and cherishes the amazing view of the surrounding area. Pay obeisance at the temple and revel in the chants of the Goddess Ganga. The Gorkha General, Amar Singh Thapa is accredited for the construction of the Dham) The temple is settled some 22km away from the helipad and will take around 50 minutes to reach. Enjoy the Darshan and head back to the Harsil helipd. Fly from Harsil to Kharshali, One of the most beautiful and picturesque valleys in Uttarakhand. Upon arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri), you are welcomed by our handlers. and post lunch they will take you for darshan in palki/pony to Yamunotri temple which is around 5 km trek. DAY 3: From Kharshali – Phata – Kedarnath – Phata- Badrinath- Dehraradun Early morning flight from Kharsali Helipad to Phata: Welcome to the mountain of amalgam of spirituality. Natural peace, religious zest and snow capped peaks of kedarnath dham will enchant your heart and making it most heritage site among all Chardham. You will arrive at Phata helipad from Yamunotri, after changing the chopper you’ll fly for Kedarnath which is 10 minutes flying from Guptkashi. You may have to wait sometime for 10 minutes to 3 hours because of shuttle slots/weather or technical reasons. As you reach the kedarnath, You will witness the beauty of changing colors in the sky. Our handlers and Panditji shall take you for VIP Darshan and Jal Abhishek in the Kedarnath Temple. Journey To Badrinath: After taking blessings of Lord Shiva at Kedarnath, Head to the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath, during the flight, you’ll witness the deep valleys and majestic view of lofty Himalayas. Passenger Guidelines: Our USP: At Badrinath guest would be provided with VIP Darshan slip whereas our associates shall assist the guest in all other Dhams. Early morning Rudra Abhishek at Kedarnath & Maha Abhishek at Badrinath shall be exclusively arranged for the guests at no extra cost. Carrying of AADHAR CARD is must for all Indians whereas passport is required in case for foreign national. Mention your correct weight at the time of booking since we shall not allow boarding in case it exceeds comprehensively. Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted to carry & we shall provide the duffel bag upon arrival at Dehradun. Excess baggage is to be stored at the hotel before proceeding to helipad, which can be collected later after completion of the tour. All the hotels in Chardham Sector are non star category but we provide the best option available & the food served is pure vegetarian . Hotels are subject to changes due to unavoidable circumstances without prior notice. All temples in Chardham sector are located in high altitude & passengers are advised to carry their own medication. At these locations, it becomes cold in the evening, so passengers are advised to carry woollen clothing with them. Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills. Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector. No or delayed flying are subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Airforce & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force ( NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads Every person beyond 80 Kg shall pay Rs. 100 /- per Kg extra toward Palki at Yamunotri & Rs. 150/- per person for shuttle at Phata to Kedarnath on direct payment basis. The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests in case of overstaying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons. If stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days, we shall try to finish two dhams on next day & maintain the further schedule. We shall refund the proportionate money calculated on missed flying time & other services in case guests are unable to visit any of the dham due to bad weather situation or any reason beyond our control. Full refund shall be applicable in case we are unable to commence the journey from Dehradun due to any reason beyond our control. Any donations, tips, pitthu & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only. Hotel stay on Single occupancy shall fetch a supplement of Rs. 15,000/- extra at all destinations. Damages of any kind caused to the party due to natural causes during the tour shall not be compensated by us and all legal disputes are to be settled within jurisdiction of Delhi-NCR
