Day 1:Arrival at Dehradun Welcome to Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. Spend the day to relax or explore Dehradun on your own, after the smooth check-in process and sleep homely for an exciting yet sacred journey next day.

Day2: Yatra will start from Sehastradhara Helipad in the morning hence guest must reach Dehradun on his/her own a day prior to the commencement of this yatra Our representative will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Sehastradhara Helipad as per reporting time which will be informed to every guest individually Takeoff from Sehastradhara Helipad Reach Guptakashi
Change of helicopter (due to govt. restrictions) at Guptkashi which will fly directly to Kedarnath (Waiting time here depends on availability of shuttle slots) *** En-route guest will witness the unforgettable views of Hiamalyas and lush green covers***
Walk to the pious Kedarnath temple, which is located at around 7-10 minute walking distance from the helipad.(approx. 500Mtrs)
Handing over of VIP Darshan slips to each guest
After Darshan, leave to visit the land of lord Vshnu, Badrinath Dham
Arrive at Badrinath and leave for temple from the helipad, in car/jeep for VIP Darshan

Lunch:

Proceed for hotel Snow Crest or similar after Darshan, for lunch
Back to Badrinath helipad after lunch to fly back to Dehradun
Back to Sahastradhara helipad at around
Drop to hotel.

Inclusions:

Pickup drop from hotel in Dehradun to Sahastradhara
VIP Darshan passes at both the Dhams
Cost of Helicopter for entire Dodham trip
Cost of vehicle at Badrinath
Breakfast at Dehradun Hotel + 01 meal at Badrinath
Assistance in Darshan at both the temples.

Exclusion:

Any special puja charges will have to be paid directly by passengers.

Passenger Guidelines:

Carrying an Aadhar card is necessary for Indians, and for Foreigners carrying a passport is essential.
Share your actual body weight with us. We will check your weight before flying, and if you have shared your wrong body weight, we have the full right to de-boarded you from the helicopter.
Due to space constraint only 5 kg of luggage per person is allowed in the helicopter Passengers carrying excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
Only handbags are allowed, Suitcases cannot be accommodated in the helicopter.
All temples at Dhams are located in high altitude areas, passengers are advised to carry medical kits, first aid boxes and warm/woollen clothes with them as the conditions there are unpredictable and may be unpleasant for some.
Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket and birth certificate will be required at time of booking &here is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
Lodging & boarding charges on the day of arrival at Dehradun does not include in the package.
The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the booking amount & full payment to be made 14 days prior to departure.
We reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions & any extra night stay cost due to bad weather will be borne by the client itself.
Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.
No or delayed flying are subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Airforce & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force ( NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads
Every person beyond 85 Kg shall pay Rs. 150/- per person for shuttle at Phata to Kedarnath on direct payment basis.
We shall refund the proportionate money calculated on missed flying time & other services in case guests are unable to visit any of the dham due to bad weather situation or any reason beyond our control.
Any donations, tips, pitthu & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.
Damages of any kind caused to the party due to natural causes during the tour shall not be compensated by us and any dispute regarding the legality, application, the performance of service, interpretation, or any of its terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
If the passenger is deboarded due to the wrong body weight told by him, then no money will be refundable to him

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If any customer due to some reason wants to cancel the trip, then they have to give certain policy charges mentioned below.
1. Upto 45 Days before journey — 30% of the amount
2. In between 45 to 30 days — 70% of the amount
3. In between 30 to 0 Days — No Refund
The ticket is not transferrable, and any change in the name is not allowed by us
